ABOUT US
MTI Construction Services is a full service building envelope consulting firm, established in 2004 as a State of Florida Certified General Contractor. The current focus of the firm's operation is on the integration of the building envelope with the rest of the structure and the overall ability of the envelope and it's various cladding systems to perform as intended by the structure's designers.
It's President, Michael Treadway, graduated in 1996 from the University of Florida M. E. Rinker School of Building Construction and immediately began a career specializing in the waterproofing and restoration industry. Many years of practical, on site experience has resulted in an accumulation of knowledge in all types of above and below grade waterproofing systems, traffic coatings, air and vapor barrier systems, joint sealants and expansion joint assemblies and the overall performance of the components of the building envelope.
